Social housing: the buyers conditions
Purchasers of housing, will have to meet the following requirements:
- Having the Italian citizenship or of a state that belongs to the European Union, or in case of citizenship from another country, to have the residence in Italy for at least 5 years and having a stable employment during this period;
- Being adults;
- Having the registered residence or business in the town of Desenzano, or by requesting it at the same date of signing the deed;
- Not being the holder, or one of the other members of the household, not having the right of property in the town of Desenzano, adequate housing and other needs of the family, to adequate housing is defined as those composed of a number of rooms, excluding accessories, equal to that of members of the family, with a minimum of two and a maximum of five rooms;
-The benefit of a total annual income, which is the last tax return filed for the household that will occupy the accommodation, not exceeding Euro 49,368.00, which is determined by applying the sum of the incomes of members of the family with the removal of 516.46 euros per child, with a further reduction of 40% of employment income.
